Bulletin of the Institute of Classical Studies (BICS)
Our journal, the Bulletin of the Institute of Classical Studies (BICS), is published with Oxford University Press. The journal is the flagship publication of the Institute of Classical Studies and has been a forum for classical studies since 1954. It welcomes and champions the research of a diverse and world-wide range of scholars and promotes cutting-edge and interdisciplinary research in all areas of classical studies broadly defined, including archaeology.
BICS is available in three issues each year, two special/themed issues and a general articles issue.
The journal welcomes submissions of general articles all year round. To submit a general article to the journal, authors should read the journal guidelines and submit their article via the journal submission site.
Information about the journal's themed/special issues can be found here.

Access to our three virtual issues are available via the publisher website. These make freely available a selection of papers from past issues of the journal, focusing on ancient philosophy, Greek law and law courts and Mycenaean Studies.
BICS can also be found on JSTOR. Articles are available in HTML and PDF formats.
