Katie manages and co-ordinates the day to day running of the Institute, leads the central administration, line manages the functions which sit within the Director's office including fellowships, events, administration and finance. She provides strategic leadership on organisational, financial and operational matters across the Institute and advises the Director on personnel issues and is responsible for policy formulation and implementation across the Institute.
