Dr Diana Burton

Profile

Dr Diana Burton is Associate Professor in Classics at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.  Her research lies primarily in the areas where Greek art, religion, literature, and death intersect; she also has an ongoing interest in creative uses of 3D printing of antiquities, and is increasingly being drawn into the classical tradition.  During her time at the ICS she will be completing a book on the god Hades and working on Corpus Vasorum Antiquorum New Zealand vol. 2.
