Learn how to create realistic 3D models of heritage objects from digital photographs, and collaborate in the digitisation of the pots, statuettes and other small objects in the Classics Library's Ehrenberg Collection. This two hour workshop will give a short introduction to the methods of photogrammetry, and then provide hands-on experience in both photography and processing images in a 3D software package. Please bring your own camera (your smartphone or tablet is fine). No previous experience necessary.

Free to attend for graduate students, but booking is essential as spaces are limited. A waiting list will operate for this event. Please contact valerie.james@sas.ac.uk if you wish your name to be added to the waiting list.
